“Bertan serves on the Board of Global Restaurant Investments Sarl since January 2017.
Previously, Bertan was the head of accounting, central bank reporting and tax functions of Credit Europe Bank NV, an international bank based in Amsterdam having consolidated assets of around EUR 9 billion.
Prior to joining Credit Europe Bank NV, Bertan worked at PKF in multiple disciplines including corporate finance, audit and tax.
Bertan is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). He holds a BA degree in business administration and MA degree in international business from Dokuz Eylul University. He is also a Turkish CPA (SMMM), and holds credit rating specialist and corporate governance rating specialist certificates.”

Anja-Isabel has more than 13 years of work experience within the financial sector in Luxembourg. Previously, Anja-Isabel worked for a Luxembourg private equity alternative fund management company. Her experience spans a wide range of fields including private equity, infrastructure, mezzanine and real estate funds.
Anja-Isabel received a doctor’s degree in law from the University of Trier, Germany.”

Joergen Jessen has more than 35 years of work experience within the financial sector in Denmark, Germany, and Luxembourg. Previously, Joergen Jessen worked for UBS and Deutsche Bank among others as executive- and managing director. His experience spans a wide range of fields including the real estate, private equity, debt financing, asset-, portfolio and wealth management.
He holds an executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, IDP-C certificate in corporate governance from INSEAD and is an ILA certified director. “
